At OOHAdvisor we have developed an outdoor advertising campaign for Brosh with the aim of reinforcing the visibility of several of its residential developments in strategic locations on the Costa del Sol.
For this campaign, the brand has opted for a multi-platform approach, combining billboards, bus shelter advertising, and a presence at Málaga Airport, aiming to reach both local residents and visitors and potential buyers arriving in the area.
A strategy tailored to each development
The campaign was designed by selecting specific advertising spaces based on the location, surroundings, and traffic profile of each development.
For Helvet Green, Brosh chose a 16 x 3 m billboard in Fuengirola, on the road to Marbella. This large-format display was designed to ensure a prominent presence on a high-traffic road and reinforce the project’s visibility to a constantly moving audience.

In Naya’s case, the campaign combines two strategically valuable media outlets. Firstly, a bus shelter ad in Puerto Banús, heading towards Estepona, ideal for gaining visibility in a high-traffic, premium urban environment. Secondly, a vinyl banner at Málaga Airport, in the baggage claim area, a particularly effective location for connecting with domestic and international travelers from the moment they arrive on the Costa del Sol.


Finally, for Nyra, the brand has selected a 16 x 3 m billboard in the Rodeito area, towards Puerto Banús, a key location due to its high traffic and proximity to one of Marbella’s most exclusive and dynamic areas.
